There are a lot of decisions to make when buying and owning a vehicle. With their car-buying-owning-selling service, USAA wanted to position itself as a trusted advocate who has its members’ backs, with advice from the day they buy a car to the day they sell it. We named the program Auto Circle and played up the military connection as a reason to believe USAA has members’ interests at heart. They liked the creative so much, they sprung for spreads.
